Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Swamy Kocherlakota is the Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Solutions Officer for S&P Global and the executive sponsor of Kensho, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology innovator at S&P Global. He is responsible for driving digital transformation and delivering productivity improvements for customers and team members. With a focus on leading-edge technology, digital ecosystems and AI, Mr. Kocherlakota and his team are responsible for building a secure, scalable, and resilient foundation that helps S&P Global power the markets of the future.
Before his current role at S&P Global, Mr. Kocherlakota was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Technology Operations & Infrastructure at Visa, where he oversaw global infrastructure and applications that processed more than 130 billion transactions annually. Prior to Visa, he was head of Global Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture at BNY Mellon and led their infrastructure transformation. Mr. Kocherlakota holds the recognition of being a distinguished engineer at Lucent Bell Labs where he managed technology for Lucent and its ventures.
In addition to his role, Mr. Kocherlakota sponsors S&P Global’s Asian Professionals for Excellence (APEX) group, which is focused on building leadership competencies and increasing opportunities for personal, professional, and community success for its members.
Mr. Kocherlakota is a registered representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Michigan State University.

Giorgio leads the Analytical Development Group, part of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Credit Risk Solutions. His team includes highly-skilled individuals with multiple qualifications in the financial and quantitative space (FRM, CFA, PhD) and develops all credit risk statistical models that power the Credit Analytics product.
Giorgio’s team developed several statistical models to assess credit risk of public and private companies, more recently including a trade-payment model that was used to succesfully monitor payment behaviour of SMEs during the 2020 pandemic.
On the climate-change front, Giorgio’s team developed two statistical models that estimate the financial and credit risk impact of energy transition scenarios on public and private firms:
Giorgio regularly speaks at international credit risk conferences, webinars and events (RiskMinds, RISK EMEA, IECA). More recently, he authored a paper in the Journal of Energy Markets on the credit risk implications of various carbon tax scenarios (Journal of Energy Markets, Vol 13, number 2, pages: 1-24, June 2020) and spoke at several conferences (IRMC 2020, EDHEC 2020), panel discussions (“Navigating climate risk as a financial risk”) and webinars (“Tackling climate change for banks: the culture, the data and the analytics”) on banks’ challenges to implement climate-related stress testing scenarios, climate-related scenario analysis and credit risk assessment in TCFD reporting, and impact of various carbon tax policies on public companies credit-worthiness.

Nick Patience is lead analyst for AI and machine learning for 451 Research, a part of S&P Global Market Intelligence. He is part of the company's Data, AI & Analytics research channel but also works across the entire research team to uncover and understand use cases for machine learning, an area he has been researching since 2001. Nick also oversees 451's Workforce Productivity & Collaboration research and is a member of 451 Research's Center of Excellence for Quantum Technologies.

He is a cofounder of 451 Research and rejoined the team in 2015 after almost three years running product marketing at machine learning-driven eDiscovery software company Recommind (now part of OpenText). He has held various senior management roles at 451 Research in both in New York and London since 1999.
Prior to starting 451 Research, Nick was a financial and technology journalist with ComputerWire (now part of Datamonitor) in London and New York. Nick has a master's degree in computing science from the University of London, and a BA in Philosophy and Music from Middlesex University.

Chief Analyst
Eric Hanselman is the chief analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He coordinates industry analysis across the broad portfolio of technology, media and telecommunications research disciplines, with an extensive, hands-on understanding of a range of subject areas, including information security, networks and semiconductors and their intersection in areas such as SDN/NFV, 5G and edge computing.
Eric helps S&P Global’s clients navigate these turbulent waters and capitalize on potential outcomes. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and a VMware Certified Professional. He is also a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences and hosts the Next in Tech technology podcast.

Iyan Adewuya serves in dual roles as Head of Product for the Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market Intelligence, and Head of Private Markets Solutions across the Market Intelligence division.
As Head of Product for the Enterprise Solutions business, he is responsible for product strategy, design and execution for a portfolio of mission-critical enterprise solutions that power the workflows of buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients. This portfolio includes products across Lending, Regulatory & Compliance, Capital Markets, Private Markets and Enterprise Data Management solutions.
As Head of Private Markets for Market Intelligence, he leads commercial and product strategy for a suite of software, data, and managed services offerings that provides fundraising and investor relations, deal sourcing, portfolio management, data management, and valuation and reporting capabilities to private markets clients.
Iyan joined S&P Global Market Intelligence from BlackRock, where he served as head of product for the portfolio management and compliance capabilities within the Aladdin® platform and previously led the Aladdin private markets strategic initiative which resulted in the acquisition of eFront and its integration into Aladdin® which led to the industry's first Whole Portfolio solution.
Prior to BlackRock, Iyan spent over a decade at Bloomberg, where he oversaw a wide range of products and businesses including Corporate Solutions, Equity Capital Markets, and Research Management Solutions. He was also the founding product leader for the Private Markets capabilities within the Bloomberg Professional® terminal.
Iyan holds an MBA from Cornell University, a Master's in International Public Policy from University College London, and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Far Eastern University.

Diana Mingels is an Artificial Intelligence expert with over 15 years of experience in spearheading the development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI applications for Fortune 50 companies, as well as pioneering AI-First strategies. She has managed AI implementations for some of the largest user bases in the world.
Currently, she serves as the Head of Machine Learning at Kensho Technologies, S&P Global's AI Innovation Hub, and also sits on the Board of Stop Child Abuse, a nonprofit leading the forefront of AI innovation in the fight against child abuse. Additionally, she is a representative for S&P Global in the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of Business Roundtable.
Diana holds a M.A. in Natural Language Processing and Human Language Technology from the University of Wolverhampton and Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as a M.S. in Mathematical Linguistics from St. Petersburg State University. Additionally, she is currently pursuing further education at The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.
